The manager called me to schedule for an interview after I applied on indeed.com. I met with the manager to discuss availability, experience, and skills. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes.
I am given a form and fill the form and wait for your turn and staffs are really friendly manager is friendly all in all I really like the interview process.
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
