I applied in-person. I interviewed at Subway (Gold Coast) in Nov 2017
Interview
Casual and friendly. I met with the store owner/manager during work hours, and ran through a set of questions. I was offered a role on the spot. I was given a printed brochure outlining the company ethos and policies to take with me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was quick and personable, as an entry level position I the questions focused on previous experience in any service jobs or hospitality.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
