Interview
The franchise I applied to had an outside recruiter who was very annoying. She kept calling and emailing me. Wrote this "I'm just checking in to see how it's going. We're anxious to have you start your training. " The lady who interviewed me over the phone made me say "the customer is always right".
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
