Een tijd geleden heb ik gewerkt bij de subway. Het samen werken met collega's is altijd super gezellig en leuk geweest. De eigenaren daar in tegen waren altijd hele moeilijke mensen, geen prettige mensen. Het sollicitatie gesprek was heel slap van hun kant, met dat waren ze heel snel al klaar bij elk gesprek om mensen meteen aan te nemen. dat is prima verder, maar uitleg over het bedrijf was heel matig uitgelegd. totaal niet wat ik verwacht had.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
