It was a very odd interview and it didn't seem like they cared about my background/qualifications. They only cared about how I would approach disciplining a student and how I would interact with them. I didn't do my research beforehand, but I have now learned that they approach teaching students in a very demeaning way. So, be aware that they are looking for answers that will match a distant and harsh approach to dealing with children. She asked about three questions regarding who I am and what I bring to the table and didn't seem to care about that aspect. The only thing that mattered was the role play part and she "coached" me on how to react better several times.

Interview
First, she was late to the interview. Second, this is elitist as heck. She asked me about my experience student teaching, how strict was my school? Expectations and feedback. For a school trying to serve underserved communities, how do YOU help the community?
