One hour phone screen with a few typical questions, a fairly vague description of the job, and a gushing portrayal of the company by the (in-house) recruiter. At the end of the call, the recruiter said that he would arrange an interview with the hiring manager and others by a Teams meeting. After a week or so went by, I emailed the recruiter. He didn't respond to my email, so I called a few days after that and he acknowledged seeing my email, but was still trying to coordinate the interview, but that is was still definitely going to happen. From that point, there was no interview, follow up, or form email to indicate the status of my candidacy. After building up the company and its integrity, and convincing me that I was a definite contender, he left me hanging.
