I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Suitsupply
Interview
I had made an application for a open position and therefore expected it to be a tough sell. The HR wrote back to me asking me to be more specific about the role I was interested. There were couple of mail exchanges to ascertain what I could fit in as. I was invited to the store for an interview with the Retail head. HR was very quick in responding and very cooperative to adjust timing and day for the interview. Unfortunate part was they have no clue on how they are going about expanding in new markets. I see a lack of vision and very unstructured in the way they planned their growth and for that matter the organisational structure too.

Question 1
Turns out not one, but there were two people interviewing me. For one, english wasnt easily understandable. Interview was standing, as if I was applying for a role of a sales representative. In fact I was a bit taken aback with the manner the interview was conducted. Little bit about yourself, why suitsupply, about your current role, plus the difficulty of making the non-english speaker understand, and answering his questions between your own reply to the previous question.
