I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Suitsupply (Washington, DC) in May 2016
Interview
The initial interview was held by the Store Manager/Regional Manager in Training. Who started off asking me to tell him about myself, what I know about the company and why I choose to apply. Pretty standard. The interview went like a conversation which in my book is a very good sign. The Manager was knowledgable and experienced with the company, so he was able to answer a lot of questions about growth opportunities and expectations. The second interview was with the Regional Manager via Skype. The gentlemen put the ball in my court during the interview which was very different for me, but understandable and clear on what the expectations are for the people they choose to invest in.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Suitsupply in Jan 2017
Interview
Ghosted - I applied online and a few days a later a recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a round 1 interview. After responding quickly with my availability there was radio silence. I waited about a week until I followed up to which the recruiter apologized and suggested another date to speak. After I threw out a time to confirm, I was met again with radio silence. I find it incredibly unprofessional to ghost after having presumably did due diligence reading applications and reaching out to candidates. A waste of time that left a bad taste in my mouth for the company.
