After applying the position, in a few days I received an email from recruiter to select a time for a skype call. Recruiter called me at time and told about company, asked me a few questions about my previous experiences. We talked about the technologies they use. I was experienced most of the technologies just a few ones which aren't written in my CV as an experience at my last job because I learned them on my own. And one technology, I said I have no experience but I can learn. I think I said everything positively that I believe. But the recruiter was already made her decision before the call I think, as she said she looked at my CV and found insufficient. I specified that if they send me a programming assignment I believe I could do it. But she said the same thing, you don't seem such experienced for this position, she "can" decide that. I do not think so as I told her... Also I asked a few questions not so technical but she found them technical and did not answered. Just mentioned about how many developers work there and if I've been any of their stores before. I think the interview was very unprofessional so the recruiter was. Also I think they don't want married employees as I heard before and felt this during the conversation. So I think these are just her excuses. Everything was certain about me before the interview as they are written in my CV, moreover I told at the interview, I am learning and using these technologies also. But what she said? "Umm.. Less than a year? .." So, why did she call me if her decision was obvious? I am very very irritated such people who can decide without knowing anything about a person, just looking at the requirements written on a piece of paper and do not listening efficiently. It was completely waste of time...
