Interview
Got brought in for two in person interviews. No phone interview or digital. Was scheduled a 3rd one by two different recruiters and then received a generic "we are going with someone else email from greenhouse." Many requests and last minute flexes were made by me and overall the entire process was casual. I think if you are going to assume texting is fine, request same day interviews, and add on recruiters and interviewers so last minute a "No thank you" email from a human is warranted.
