I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Suitsupply (Amsterdam) in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied for the Test Engineer position on July 24, undergoing a four-round interview process:
* Recruiter Call
* Hiring Manager and Technical Round
* Managerial Round
* Second Technical Round (Live Coding)
The coding round was a nightmare because of the machine they provided for the assignment as I had to step out of the room to ask for help.
*Major Issues with Hardware Provided: *
* The dying battery and sensitive charger caused frequent shutdowns, requiring me to seek assistance repeatedly.
* Unresponsive keys on the laptop.
* Lack of an extended screen, leading to time-consuming window switching.
*Result:*
Got rejected based on the coding round but I enjoyed the office visit and in-person interviews post-COVID.
*Suggestions:*
* Provide at least working equipment to complete the assignment.
* Design processes to empower candidates and create a positive impression.
