The whole process took over a month. First meeting went really well, this led to a first in-person meeting, then followed by a business case where I created a full strategy for their SM. After a final cultural interview with them and a final call, it seemed they were pretty much ready to make an offer. Still, they didn't follow back for two weeks only to send a very unprofessional email on Christmas Eve saying they had "lost the headcount" for the role and would message me back in January. I never heard of them ever again. Major "boys club attitude".
