I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Summa Health System in Feb 2009
Interview
They had me come in and asked me a lot of questions about my background and experience. They they told me how much money I would make and what the requirements of the job were, and offered me the job. It was a really great experience and I'm so glad that I took the job.
Everyone was very easy going and not intimidating. After asking about myself, interview questions, i toured the unit and shadowed a nurse. The whole process was great. They answered all of the questions I had with confidence and have stuck to their word.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Summa Health System (Medina, OH)
Interview
I personally think it was a pretty laid back interview. Very comfortable to talk with during the process. I enjoyed learning about the company as a whole. I recommend highly!
Open ended questioning from both sides with transparency and honesty provided regarding workload, Payscale, time off, benefits, work to life balance etc. It’s been a great experience. Looking forward to the future.
