Long process in my opinion. First you are called by a representative at HR that does an initial screen for all new candidates for every position. (Which by the way was strange because while in the waiting room I got nervous that everyone else looked super professional for an interview for a cleaning position. Made me feel a lot better when I realized they were there for other positions.) You go in, he/she asks basic questions that you really already answered on the application. You are set up for an interview with the manager for the position you applied. I attended that which was very unorganized. Seemed like the forgot they had an interview scheduled. Afterwards I waited for a call. Didn't want to take the initiative to call back for at least 2 weeks. When I finally did the manager claimed she was waiting on me to call her back. I think she really just forgot..again. She scheduled a day for me to go back to HR to get my uniform, badge and take a drug test. After that I had to call her back to schedule my first day. Came in a few days later and got trained by someone who seemed very surprised to be trusted with the job of training me.
