Interview
Process moved very quickly; I applied online and within a week had a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Very pleasant discussion before moving on to 3 back to back to back 30 minute interviews. Questions focused largely on consulting skills and comfort working in a team using quantitative skills. Received an offer shortly after. Could not be a smoother or more open process, I couldn't wait to sign my offer letter based on how positive the interview experience was.

I had a fairly casual phone interview where I described my general background. Then had an in-person interview with three groups of two interviewers with a variety of technical and interaction (how I work with others) questions. Overall, very friendly and inviting people. Seems like a great company!
