Two phone interviews and a walk-through of the DC office after I accepted the position. Best HR experience I have ever had. HR was personable, attentive, and fair during the interview process.
The first phone interview was a phone screen with Summit's human capital consultant. The second phone interview was a 3-way call with two senior Summit staff member. They asked me questions relevant to the work they do and asked about my professional experience in general.
