I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Summit Electric Supply in Jan 2016
Interview
Met recruiters at college campus career fair. First impressions of the recruiters were friendly and intrigued to learn about you. Process was just like any other college student looking for an internship. It was competitive and based mostly on your personality and where they see you fit in the company (they're looking for people with personalities similar to that of their Account Manager/managers for their Fast Track program).
You will take an online personality test then offered an interview if you fit their description. There were 3 interviews from what I can remember. Two separate interviews on campus and one at the branch you will most likely work at.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Summit Electric Supply (Albuquerque, NM) in Jan 2013
Interview
The interview process was a little long but it was worth it. The recruiting team was very nice and helpful. You have to take and pass the Wonderlic test so be prepared ahead of time if you make it to the in person interview.
