Process took about 3 weeks. Applied online and was shortly contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter gave me a rundown of the company and position and scheduled a phone interview and online assesment. after the phone interview there was a second interview with the operations manager and warehouse manager, all very strait forward. less then a week after the face to face interview I received an offer pending the background check and drug screen.
