Interview
The Interview Process took a little over a week. I applied on Monday. Received a response the following day stating got invited to a group session that was being held in Gulfport, MS. the following Tuesday and responded back to the email with my top 3 preferences.
The day of the interview went fairly easy and simple. Got there 30 minutes before the interview and they lady handed me an application to fill out. Once I finished filled out the application I started mingling with other interviewers that was there. They finally called us back into a room and started a group session (maybe 12/13 of us). First, they introduced themselves and they we introduced our ourselves. Then they played a video about the company etc. After that they then started asking us questions and then had us read an announcement out loud. They then asked everyone to leave out and then proceeded with the face to face interview. The questions were fairly simple nothing to hard at all. After that they stated they contact us within the next 2 weeks on if we got the job or not.
They were only hiring 4 FAs the time which I felt was a little odd because people came from everyone to interview and it was a total of 70/80 people for that whole day. They really make you feel at home and comfortable.
A week later I got notified stating that I didn't get the job. I really thought I would of been one of the 4 people to get the job. I really stood out with confidence (not cocky) and personality. I guess I wasn't what they were looking for at the time. Glad I went through the experience to get me prepared for other airlines.

They will email you to do a video-recorded interview where you are sent prompts and record yourself answering them. If you get passed that stage, then you go for a group interview. Mine had about 30 people in it and lasted a couple of hours. You are broken into groups of 4 to do activities together to see how you work as a team, then asked questions one-on-one.
