Interview
Panel Group Interview, in the email they want you to be their 30 minutes before your set interview time. When you get their they have a separate room for introducing the company, salaries, life of a flight attendant ext. They have you fill out an application, and I suggest to bring a print out resume, 10 year background, and cover letter where you can attached to the resume.
Once its your time (Group) they will take you to the 2nd room where your greeted by 4 Sun Country Employers introducing themselves and their position. Once they start the interview they will either point at someone or name someone off to start the first question and will go in a circular from their. The groups very in size in my group their was about 12 of us all applying for the same job. When they ask the questions its the same question for everyone in the group to ask, I felt personally it was nice because you had time to think about the question and how you wanna answer it while listening to everyone else and changing up your interview question so your not saying the same story as the other two. That has happen with a few of the interviewers.
At the end you have one hour of the interview if their is time right after the interview you can ask Employer any questions.
Tip: I believe when doing the group interview try not to show super quit shyness. Their looking for your personality and you can show it in the group interview. Because everyone is shy and nerves, theirs a few that will break the ice, by random laughing and everyone else in the room will start laughing too. For the questions try to make them personal and real.
Good Luck future flight attendants.

Interview
They will email you to do a video-recorded interview where you are sent prompts and record yourself answering them. If you get passed that stage, then you go for a group interview. Mine had about 30 people in it and lasted a couple of hours. You are broken into groups of 4 to do activities together to see how you work as a team, then asked questions one-on-one.
