Interview
The process took about six weeks from the first interview until my first day of employment. I was contacted my Human Resources to meet at the airport for an in person interview. Two managers interviewed me for about 30 minutes. The background check then took about 4 weeks to clear. I was then contacted with a conditional offer letter and set up for a drug test. The drug test cleared and I was then scheduled for the next new hire class, two weeks later.

They asked me childcare would be a problem. I felt this question was inappropriate as I had stated I was able to work the required shifts.

Interview
I attended a job fair they were hosting. After filling out an application, I got an interview with a wonderful lady who has been working with Sun Country for nine years. It was very comfortable and enjoyable. It felt more like a fun conversation with a friend than an interview. She got her supervisor and I had a second interview with her. She gave me more specifics about the job and then sent me to someone in HR to take my fingerprints. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Waiting for the official job offer hopefully this week.

She started by asking me to tell her who I was. She also asked questions about my former/current employer, what I liked to do when I'm not working, etc.
