Applied online, Sun Country flew me out and accommodated me in a hotel across the street. Company presentation followed by a cognitive test. Interview was incredibly negative experience. The male pilot was very chill, funny, and relaxed. The female seemed like she had a vendetta for me. Every answer I gave her she didn't like. She asked me 4 different times why I got my advanced degrees and not a single answer was sufficient for her. I had one logbook error from 12 years ago and it was the end of the world an a 5 minute lecture. Overall a very two-sided interview. Everbody is happy and friendly to your face, but the panel was negative.

The interview process keeps on changing , in October there was a Hogan test prior to being invited , once you paid your way to MSP and paid for you accommodations , there was a panel interview , typical airline technical questions and another computer based personality assessment
