I submitted resume online initially and asked a friend if I could use them as a reference. She forwarded my resume, to avoid getting lost in the shuffle, and I received an email from a contact the same day. Was emailed and asked to call office. Interview was scheduled for 2 days later. I did arrive early and no one was at the ticket counter to meet me, so I asked a security person to notify them of my arrival. Someone came out to greet me immediately. I did ask if I had to bring anything, and they said no, just ID, but I brought resume, cover letter etc., and glad I did, because I had to fill out an application on the spot. Be prepared for this, which would go without saying, but it wasn't indicated in phone conversation.
