Interview was done online, very easy and very simple questions. The interviewers were very nice and they gave off a really good vibe. If Sun life has more employees like them, it's definitely a good place to work.

I applied online and had two virtual interviews. First interview was more general questions with an HR staff member and the second interview was with two management level employees in the call centre and the questions were more experience based.
