It was on but very long and stressful and the job was not that good and very high paced and stressful .. the interview took about a month and I went through 3 interviews before starting the job.
It was very easy. Recruiters were very nice and friendly and efficient at the same time. Got a call 12 days after applying for an interview. Process was very fast.

I applied online and had two virtual interviews. First interview was more general questions with an HR staff member and the second interview was with two management level employees in the call centre and the questions were more experience based.
