Initial phone screen with someone from HR/Recruitment, phone interview with the SVP followed by an in person interview. Total process took roughly 3-4 weeks due to availability of interviewers. Pretty standard and largely underwhelming experience overall.

Two informal interviews/conversations with the hiring manager, one interview with a peer, one interview with the EVP, and an informational conversation with a team member. Once I made it to the final stage I had to do two assessment, one aptitude and one personality styles.
