They did role play, which can be nerve wracking. They ask you to pretend to be a teller at the spot and see how you can handle it? How you would get a client engaged in conversation.
Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.
