The whole process is quick and easy.
Suntrust/ Truist came to our program to directly recruit our master student and we had an interview. It was a credit risk analysis role and he basically just asked about my previous experience on this area. The next Monday I got the offer.

What was the previous experience of quantitative credit risk ?
It took 1 months, two rounds, one HR one on-site. The HR round is pretty standard while the on-site will have more technical questions. One vs Four heads from different departments.
