Took about a month for the whole interview process. Started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Then a face to face with the branch manager. Then another phone interview with the area manager. If you have a lot of sales experience the interview questions are easy. Just be yourself and have fun with it.

I thought the interview process was pretty simple actually. The communication lines were very open during the whole process and i knwe exactly what to expect. The old HR rep did a great job communicating back and forth. The hard thing is though, that if you move up to a new position you make less money than someone who might come in from outside the bank and apply for the same position.
