1 phone interview with a WorkStream manager and 1 on-site interview with a team involving rapid fire questions. The phone screening was behavioral and experience based. The manager was technical and probed the depth of my knowledge and past experience. I was actually quite impressed with the knowledge of the manager by the end of it
