I submitted the standard application online. The next day I received an e-mail stating that if I am still interested in the position to e-mail the recruiter to set up a phone interview. I had a phone interview 2 days after e-mailing my recruiter. It was a standard pre-screen, tell me about yourself, your experience, etc. She did ask my expected salary and my expectation was much higher than the position was offering. She did state however, she would still pass my information on to the hiring manager and would get back to me either way. This interview took about 15 minutes. About a week later I got a phone call to setup an in person interview. This interview took place 2 days later. Once again this was a standard interview, questions about how would you handle this situation, questions about your background, attendance, adherence to the schedule etc. This interview took about 45 minutes. I did not bring my cellphone with me, so I was not sure if the interview started on time or early as they request your arrive 15 minutes before the interview starts. I heard back 2 days later that i was not offered the position.
