A recruiter reached out to me and we spoke for about twenty minutes going through my background and experience. I was then referred to a hiring manager who contacted me after a week for a 30 minute initial phone interview. I was later invited to the office for a 2nd round and was interviewed by the hiring manager and two other Cost Managers.
