Phone screening, which led to in-person panel interview with top 3 division managers. If you know the basics of how to prepare and conduct yourself in an interview then you will be fine. Nothing unusual or particularly difficult about the process. If you get the job offer you will be expected to drug test within 48hrs.

Met with a panel of senior management and head executives and answered multiple questions regarding clients and processes and building relationships. The interview took about 40 minutes and I was informed in a matter of 3 days that I had received the position.
