There was a very comfortable atmosphere without any of the usual generic filler questions. The conversation was insightful and the hiring manager was transparent and forthcoming. I felt very informed and aware of the company, its culture and what I could expect if I was hired. The entire interview lasted around 45 minutes. Afterwards, they conducted a thorough background and reference check over the next several days, then ultimately called to offer me the position by the end of the week.

I attended a local career fair and presented my resume to the representative and said I would like to hear more about their National Hiring Manager opportunity. I followed up the next day with an email to this contact emphasising my interest. She passed the information to one of their recruiters whom contacted me within a few days.
