I've interviewed for them twice in the same year. Each time I went through three rounds of interviews and a job shadowing. They require your references to fill out a form, which is frankly hard to get people to do because they're busy and its unpaid time spent. They passed on me because they thought I would not commit to the job based on my "job hopping" (I changed industries). Somehow you'd think they'd make that judgement before bringing me in three times each and wasting my references' time. My recommendation from a CEO I worked directly under did not seem to matter either. The last time I interviewed, I was supposed to be interviewed by a supervisor, but I watched him leave the bulidng after finishing a different interview, and someone else unfamiliar with me and my experience took their place. Every year or so they "reach out" on LinkedIn and Indeed trying to get me to apply again. They clearly have a high turnover rate, and I do not intend to interview with them a third time.

1st intro phone call, 2nd round in person interview and 3rd round office tour, shadowing and interview, the first phone call initially schedules the 2nd round and then you move on to the third round if selected.

The interview itself is very tailored to who you are, the things that motivate you, and how your experience can be applied to the job even if you don't have any experience in working at all.
