Phone interview with standard behavioral questions. A situation was given, and what would you do in the situation. More or less very straightforward and not hard to miss those. I had some experience with oil and gas, and reliability engineering so we discussed that for a bit. I also had experience in a nuclear industry, so we also discussed that for a bit. Then we talked about my preferences (i was being interviewed for several positions simultaneously), and whether I enjoyed field work and so on. The interview process is really quite straightforward. Hardest part is getting to the interview - getting past the screener.
