I had two phone interviews and two in person interviews. Interview process was friendly and professional. Process was impressive and well managed. Offer process was fast and well managed.

Question 1
focused on leadership more than technical skill. not difficutl questions but should be aware of.
Never spoke to a human at all through the process. The one way video recording was not great. It is impersonal and distances the humanity from the process. Ultimately received an email saying thanks but no thanks. No human interaction at all.
