First there was a phone interview and then in-person interview. On the phone, they asked what I my educational background was, my current work, and what my career goals were. After few questions, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview.

Over all the interview is pretty casual, but there were some technical questions. Please make sure that you have questions for your interviwee, they will know that you are interested. Most of the questions are behaviour related questions.

Panel of engineers asked typical questions about job experience and situational questions to gauge how you would handle yourself in the role. Tried to focus on possible weaknesses that were identified through the resume review process to determine whether you'd be a good fit for the role.

Character questions and body language i guess. Arrived earlier and was told to wait and at the end i got offered the job same day as my interviewer was impressed by my performance.
I was asked where i see myself in 5 years from now. I expected all questions as i prepared for it and asked around so nothing really took me unawares to be honest.
