Interview
Started with a one-way screening interview. Moved on to a behaviour-based live interview with the team lead and manager. Friendly interviewers. It felt fair. The offer was presented after the behaviour interview.
Question from pre-screening, 1 min per question, 3 questions, 2 min to prepare per question, 2 attempts per question. Overall was not too bad. Given a good amount of time to complete.

The interview was completed through HireVue as a recorded interview. It was behaviour-based rather than technical. The questions focused on my motivation, including why I chose engineering, along with teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Each response was timed and recorded on the platform.
