Interview
The interview was great I think the Suncor Team member did a good job of revealing the individual professionalism by asking the right questions. If you know the job you were doing in your previous work then you should be good since they pay a lot of attention to that. The hiring process is soo long like 3 month. However what I didn’t like that they always making mistake regarding the role I applied for. They called me to invite for interview however I had to call them back to receive the invite. The status updates they were giving regarding my role totally different position I applied for. I think HR department need to work on the structure. I wouldn’t be surprised that they are missing out a lot of good applicants
