Interview
First round interview automated recording. Second round interview with engineers, lasted thirty minutes. Mostly, personality questions. They prefer if you do some labor work while on co-op such as driving a haul truck.
Invited to complete pre-recorded video interview through. Was four questions, a blend of behavioural and technical questions. The recording platfrom allows for two minutes to prepare and answer, two minutes to record, three minutes to review the recording and then chose to re-record or submit recording. If chosing to re-record, an additional two minutes of preparation time is allowed.

Interview
Interview process is two-fold. Primary interview is all online, with candidate having to complete skills and personality tests, followed by video-recorded interview questions (with time limits and no chance for review/altering your answers). Primary interview required 2+ hours of my time. Secondary interview (if you made the cut from the primary) was in-person with 1 HR person and 2 hiring staff. It was 1 hour long. From application to finding out I was not the successful candidate took them 4 months.
