Question 1
Have you ever had a disagreement with a co-worker? How did you solve it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Suncor Energy
Interview
1 Screening interview (automated, you recorded your answers to approximately 4/10 questions)
1 In-person interview (three interviewers: HR, Project Lead and Mechanical Engineer)
Pretty straight forward. The job posting did not specify any hard technical requirements so the questions were mainly behavioral (talk about yourself, talk about your biggest challenge, safety culture, etc). My suggestion is going on their website, read their core values and sprinkle those words into your answers.
