I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Suncor Energy (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Applied through online and had an internal referral. Had the interview with hiring team lead and HR person and the HR person participated the interview through phone which was difficult for me to react her questions. The atmosphere was ok. Some behaviour questions, safety related question and excel skill test were given. The excel test was not very difficult, testing some functions like vlookup, sumif, and etc., and making charts.
They promised to let me know the interview result regardless of the success or failure, but they didn't. After I waited about a month, I heard from my referral that I did not get the job.

Question 1
How do you deal a situation you are asked to complete multiple tasks at the same time
The interview process started with mock interviews conducted with students, giving us an opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from those interviewing us. I did not get the job but was great experience and they were friendly.
Very easy process to go through. Fairly quick and turnaround time in keeping me in the loop was good. Whole thing was well done from start to finish and were respectful of my time.
Pretty standard but had to go through a video call interview to start, the kind where you record yourself and that was awkward. Part of most interview screens now though.
