I was impressed with the people and the culture. I received a call from a recruiter within days of applying. She was upfront regarding salary - $14-$17 per hour, with weekend shifts being at the higher end. I had an interview the following week. The atmosphere was positive and friendly. I was interviewed by two employees who started out as CNAs in the field but had moved up in the company. The seemed passionate about their work. I got the impression that upward movement is a real possibility. The interview was about 90 minutes long, including a tour at the end, and an opportunity to meet many employees. I seemed like a company I would enjoy working for. They appear to be very supportive of their CNAs, and care about self care, work/life balance, managing stress/grief, etc. They provide resources for staff struggling with grief.
