After being previously employed, I was interested in working for the company again because I truly enjoyed it. Dropped of my resume and was called in after a few days for an interview with manager. Met with the manager and it was pretty straight forward interview. I guess they had changed their interview process because now they asked a series of 4 situational based questions which was annoying because It was for sales position. Then was asked to role play as an associate and another already associate being a customer. Then was asked to come in for a second interview with assistant manager. I was really annoyed only for the fact that I felt as though they were trying to make it harder for me to be employed and I felt as though the manager should have just hired me instead of asking if I wanted to come in for a second interview. It felt like a waste of time and it was pretty annoyed. However the manager was nice enough to call after a few days after I had missed the second interview. But by then I had made my mind up and was no longer interested in a crazy interview process to only make $11.00hr (min wage) sorrynotsorry but they do offer 30% off discount and only 4 times in a year do they offer 50%off glasses.
