Fairly standard interview process. As they were opening a new store at that time the process was fairly quick and a I received an offer within a few days of the interview, although I do not know if it is standard for retail. Due to time constraints my was randomly turned into a group interview, as the manager was running out of time which was a surprise but not too difficult. The questions were fairly standard but were the type that tend to be asked by less experienced interviewers for example "what is your greatest weakness" vs. "tell me about a time where you improved".

The process was really smooth with the manager. They essential asked a couple things about myself and gave a run down about the company. They also let me know some things about themselves and about the team they have already.
Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.
