There was a group activity where we had to share information about another at the table, then had ten minute prep to do a 2 minute pitch for a brand of sunglasses. The pitch had to be aimed at a target market and be specific to the values of the brand we were selling. After this there was a 1 on 1 interview which lasted ~10 minutes.

Very nice, very chill, if you vibe well, is energetic and bubbly the manager would love you. Must be enthusiastic. Manager was a bit strict, however if you honestly vibe with her you will get the job. Be proactive and bring your resume too.
