You walk into a room and sit at round tables; there were about 50 people in the interview at tables of 6-10. Three parts: 1. Introduce the person next to you 2. Produce an advertisement for a specific sunglass brand with your table 3. One-on-one interviews (quick) The interview went on for around 2 hours, and I'd estimate they spent around 1 hour telling us about the company and how great Sunglass Hut is etc. etc.
