Prescreened and then had an in-person interview. Very friendly only took about 5 minutes for the prescreen while the actual interview lasted about 30 minutes. You usually interview twice before you get a decision on whether they will hire you or not. They do not discuss pay until an offer for employment is offered.
you go into the store and it is a very easy process. They ask you questions and then you continue to do a role-play exercise and see how you would sell sunglasses to the customer.
