I applied online. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Tyler, TX)
Interview
Basic, just talking about the benefits you get (discounts on sunglasses), how you work alone, the pay (15/hr). Didn't get hired because I guess I failed the "sell me this pen" question. I'd have worked there if I did get hired because of the aforementioned "standing around doing nothing" but OK

Interview
The process was really smooth with the manager. They essential asked a couple things about myself and gave a run down about the company. They also let me know some things about themselves and about the team they have already.
Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.
